Together with our Ukrainian partner EcoDevelop we are proud to construct Krieg&Fischer's first biogas plant in the Ukraine for the Agri-Company Gals-Agro. We deliver the design of the highly efficient technology for this biogas plant. The plant produces 5.800.000 m³ biogas per year which supply a 1,5 MWel CHP. The design is based on a feeding with renewable resources which is 100 % corn silage for this plant. The corn silage is fed into a high enameled steel tank that features a central agitator. The digested substrate will be post-digested in a reinforced concrete tank that is equipped with a 2.700 m³ double membrane gas holder roof and three side mounted mixers. The digestate will be separated into a liquid phase and solids. The liquid will be transferred into a lagoon while the solids will be used as fertilizer. Construction start is April 2019, the first biogas is expected in winter 2019.
We are happy about our partnership with EcoDevelop and our first project. Further projects are already under development.
