Long-term employees receive an honor for their service anniversary at Krieg & Fischer

Three long-term employees of the engineering office Krieg & Fischer were honored today. Birgit Osang has been part of the Krieg & Fischer team with full commitment for 20 years and Gaby Keydel and Vadim Lichtner for 15 years. Many Thanks!!!

With 20 years of service, Birgit Osang, who now works exclusively in accounting, initially also handled the secretariat on her own. Right at the beginning of the company's history, she drove the professionalization of Krieg & Fischer forward.

Gaby Keydel has been working for us as an engineer for 15 years, with two interruptions. "Take her as a model, Torsten Fischer directed his words to the younger engineers, don't hesitate, but tackle the projects like Gaby."

Vadim Lichtner has also worked for us as a draftsman and system administrator for 15 years. As a trained engineer, his critical look at the drawings saved us from making some initial mistakes. Raphael Thies congratulated the anniversaries with the words: “You are systemically relevant in the engine of the engineering office” and he hopes for many more years together

Accompanied by many ups and downs in the biogas industry, this team has not always gone through easy times. Today, the company founder Torsten Fischer also looked back on more than 20 years of company history with the words: “The time today with Corona is not an easy time, but we have lived through a lot together in the past that was not always easy. We look positively to the future! ”. Biogas will continue to be a solid pillar in the future of renewable energies. Whoever helps shape the changing times with new ideas stays young and the engineering office is happy to have new employees who support this commitment and actively support the long-term employees.
