ESST-VDZ: May 22-25; booth no 27

The seventh Society for Sugar Technology (ESST) and Association of German Sugar Engineers (VDZ) conference is around the corner. From May 22 - 25, 2022, a set of relevant companies and experts around the sugar industry will meet and exchange ideas about the present and future of the sugar industry in the congress center of the French city of Reims.

Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH is on site with the managing director Raphael Thies. Find out about benefits of biogas for sugar industry and discuss possible solutions for your tailor-made biogas plant. Anklam, Dinteloord and Vierverlaten are impressive biogas plants when it comes to sugar beet industry. Vierverlaten near Groningen in the Netherlands, for example, produces 16.7 million m³ of biogas per year from sugar beet pulp and fragments as well as potato waste, of which 10.5 million m³ of biomethane is fed into the gas grid. Find out more in the three-minute video interview with Andreas Krieg and in our handout.
