MoU signed with South Korean engineering & construction company

On April 27th, 2011 Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH (KF) and their long-term Korean partner UMTECH Korea (left: Dr. Hang-Yun Lee, UMTECH), have signed a memorandum of understanding with Kolon Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (right Seong Keun Yim, Kolon E&C)., one of Korea’s major engineering and construction companies. Purpose of this memorandum is to contribute to the advancement of scientific research and technological development in the area of biogas plants. KF’s role will be to provide engineering and support for implementing biogas plants in Korea. KF had already been active in Korea in 2002 when working as consultant for a general contractor. Additional orders followed in 2009.
