We are delighted to welcome Paul Ringel as a new member. Paul has an impressive academic background with a Bachelor in Natural Product and Process Engineering from the Dresden University of Applied Sciences and a Master in Industrial Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich. During his studies, he gained practical experience, including an internship semester at the Fraunhofer IVV.

Paul's fascination for biogas plants is rooted in his enthusiasm for bioreactors, microbiology and renewable energies. One of his first tasks was to check piping lists and diagrams for tenders for a project in Poland.

His first impression of his colleagues and Göttingen is consistently positive. He is particularly looking forward to delving deeper into plant engineering, going on his first business trip to Poland and having direct contact with the manufacturers.
